Legal form
The type of company — ДОО, ДООЕЛ, АД, КД, ЈТД, ТП and others.
The legal form determines how a company comes into being, who is liable for its debts, and what it must file. The most common are the limited liability company (ДОО) and its single-member form (ДООЕЛ), followed by the joint-stock company (АД).
The form also decides whether a company files accounts at all. A sole trader (ТП) generally does not, so no financial data exists for them — it is not hidden, it was never created.
